I work with individuals to develop a plan that suits their lives. Frequency of treatments vary depending on individual, injury, disorder, etc. Pressure during treatments can be light or deep – depending on what is needed and client comfort. Treatment duration can be from 30 – 90 minutes and used with other modalities.
Cupping can be used with or without heat. I prefer to use plastic and silicon cups to pull toxins and move stagnant connective tissue and lymph throughout the body. Cupping is painless, you many however be left with circles from the cups for 1-2 weeks.
